Pen, paper and alot of time mate. I take it to a local photographer to take high res pictures when I've finished so then I've got it in digital data form to print or use however.

Yes alot of patience and I was going through some "harsh times" so alot of it was therapy. Also weed helps for the concentration, medical consumption of course. |

The Hawk might have taken roughly 45-55 Hours drawing so in real time that would take me about three weeks to a month in sections. Some times I'll have like an 6-7 hour section if I'm feeling upto it but not as often as i should.
I try and juggle two illustration at once as it usually makes me work more often. It's hard to finish them sometimes though alot of concentration but like anything in life if you want to be good you have to put the hours in. |

Pretty blatant spamming here, but I won't delete the thread, since it's kinda already going with comments and whatever. You really should post smaller images though, massive like this is hard to look at.
