egos try him out, maybe you're more geared towards what he wants. i would love to do website sounds and music as a side thing, but ill always be putting my tramp stamps on the sounds. |

ahh k that's a shame- haha I do like making sounds, but too busy atm, and I would definitely do the same thing: I Find it hard to do music purposefully (like make a certain genre, or use a certain sound), I always end up warping it into something for myself... I always start out meaning to make some lovely prog and wind up making techno or psy for example hehe
If I started out intending to make SFX god knows what would happen :p |

you should do a limited edition screen print run.
Vinyl print won't have the crisp quality that a screen print will give you.
Now with the level of detail in the images it may be difficult to screenprint... |

Yes I could screen print these images as I have a screening department at work.

I know what you are saying though it might be too much detail. Would look great though. |

uh I wasn't even aware Mimaki did small flatbed uv printers.
when I was in large format printing often had gear envy for Mimaki equipment.
The machines I had around the shop were Scitex wide format for banner printing, Zund uv flatbed doing mostly pvc printing, and some roland and hp printers for vinyl print/cut. |

Yes those small mimaki are great when they are working. When they play up they are a nightmare. I run both of those machines on my own and when one goes down its very stressful. Bloody technology.
Can do some kool stuff on them we have white ink in one and clear gloss ink in the other for the special inks. It's kool being able to print white on black metal or whatever but I haven't found a use for the clear gloss yet. Don't really want it in cos it causes issues with the rip software.
Kool mate. What company did you work for then? What do you do now?
Plus Roland printers are great really high quality. Even more so than the mimaki IMO. |

1. You should really make vinyl/CD cover art
2. Your work does remind me of the Watergate series CD covers though
3. Can I order prints to hang up on the wall?
