That doesn't mean anything. There are days where my bedroom is a bomb site, I am carefree - borderline careless in real life. But I am always well-organized at work, I keep my desk immaculate, and while I'm rather irresponsible when it comes to myself (irl), I am always conscientious when other people are involved or if I'm responsible for someone else's safety/well-being.
