Hey everybody :)
Although it's still many months away, I plan to get my arms tatted up by the end of this year. I've never been ultra-committed to getting tattoos simply because I never had a (good enough) reason to get ink done. But given my currenty health situation and the specific kinds of issues I'm being forced to deal with I now have a very meaningful reason to get some tats. No, I won't be getting into the details. I am, however, interested in your opinions on which shops in the GTA, if any, you feel would be able to do high-quality work similar to the following photo:

I don't plan on covering so much skin and I'm leaning towards staying away from coloured ink, but something showing the inner tissue and connections between muscles, sinews, etc. is definitely what I'm after.
So, any places in the GTA that you can recommend?
Cheers! |

Skin Science Tatoos, just North of Markham and Steeles.
You'd most likely have to get it done from Justin. He is the MAN when it comes to Tatoos. Trust me you won't be disappointed. |

Yovany Cabanas did my tattoos that came out very nice. He doesn't have it up on his site but has some of his work on there. Very good artist |

Do you want your work to be ultra realistic....?
If money and time is no object, I would check out Urban Primitive. It's all the way out in Fergus, but the work he does is incredible. http://www.urbanprimitive.com/
For something in the city, Scott Mcewan at TCB is great as well, http://www.tcbtattoos.ca/
My personal preference for getting work done is at Speakeasy Tattoo...but I'm a big fan of american classic (not what you're looking for).

What I would do, is go around to a bunch of different shops, check out the artist's portfolios in person, chat with them, and go with someone who's vision is closest to yours and makes you most comfortable. |

| My longtime very good friend is an unbeleivable Tattoo artist. You can check out his work at http://halobodyart.com/tattoo.html. I think he would be great for what you're looking for. You can email him at [email protected] or pm me for his cell. Cheers |
