Who are they? what are the songs etc etc. i only have a couple of remixes made by them and they kick ass. especially the remixes for vnv nation - beloved and kyua vs albert - save me. well, that's about it, if someone knows, thanks!

Their names are Pierre Hiver & Mike Hammer and they are german.

Here is their theory on the whole remixing :
"We really work with lots of different Parts in our Tracks/Remixes. We have always around 60 Tracks in one Song. The Grooves have to go straight forward, the Ambience much catch you and the melody must be really cool, played with different Sounds. We always think that a song must also work in a few years. Most Trumpet Songs are only made for 1-2 Months - than you canīt really listen to that track anymore. Only fat Records become timeless!"
And many of their remixes are timeless indeed! |
