Okay, you want a real discussion? This will be fun. First, in order to set the groundwork you'll need to articulate exactly which religion(s) you are referencing when you say "Religion" and in what manner you believe they will materially contribute to the extinction of the human species. If you don't do this then we're not really having any sort of meaningful discussion. I mean really, is the Zoroastrian belief in eternal conflict between creation and destruction at the root of the problem here? Is the Janist belief that all life must be respected and preserved going to lead to our destruction? Or maybe conflict over whether Haile Selassie was or was not the reincarnation of Jesus will be our undoing... is that it, are the Rastafarians going to kill all the Christians because they are heritics?
