i had started a music event promotion/dj/cultural collective where i went to school.
my S.O. transferred into the school and tried to start her own too, and when I found out about it, I talked to her and we merged them, and started having super long conversations online about nearly everything. then she went to hear me dj one night and finally met me. i was dating another girl at the time, and it wasn't until i got out of that relationship 1.5 or so years later that we got together. |

No, we went to different elementary schools. We reconnected in HS when we both needed a date for prom. It was the last day to buy tickets and my date (my ex bf) shafted me, and my SO couldn't go unless a senior invited him - so I did. We've been together ever since then.
My bf was my best friend growing up's childhood crush. She was always going on about "Jimmy this" and "Jimmy that", etc etc. I finally met him at that birthday party and we bonded over having the same super soaker water gun, lulz. |
