Back in the day, I'd say that a good 50% of the punters had glowsticks at Guv...
I think it really added to the effect since Guv was so dark back then..
It was the laser, incredible lights, and a sea of glowsticks...

You can say it's cause they'll be thrown at him, their associated with raves/drugs, whatever whatever. But at the end of the day imo it's just a dude with a blackhole of an ego just trying to make it even bigger by saying "look at this, I can charge people $100 for my show and tellem what to do!".
On top of this rule at BeB I heard he made them call the "House Room" the "Main Room" if they wanted him to play. Every couple months I hear some random Tiesto story that seems like he's doin somethin to feed that ego. |
