When I worked at Dillard's our area manager told me that I "didn't meet their expectations". I told her I felt the same way about the company. Can't imagine why I don't work there anymore :p

Really... it's considered best practices in nearly all professional services industries.

I'm not only talking about professional industries. I'm talking about how Torontonians rate everything, everything, EVERYTHING.

My colleague told me the other day that he's dating a 10. :wtf:

We have yearly reviews with a numerical assessment based on a 5 point scale. Last assessment I had a 4.9. You probably shouldn't be pissed at anybody but yourself for receiving a 2 because I'm sure you deserved it.

Yeah, you just suck at your job bro. Sorry.

I guess I should mention I've gotten a 2 on a report before, but that was a good thing, as a 5 was bad, and a 1 was impossible ('cause, y'know, you can always technically get better, right?).

I don't know ive never gotten a review before I'm also unionized so if the company doesnt like me they can just lay me off and i get placed with another company a few weeks later. (doesn't happen with me but still) funny thing is I took a year break from the industry and when I decided to go back I called all these places to see if they had work they all gave me the same bull excuse about it being slow. I found this company who were more then happy to take me in and I've been getting a million phone calls this week from those same companies I first called, telling me how they heard im back in the industry and if I want to switch companies back to them, enticing me with extra cash (nothing significant though) and ty perks. I think I'm staying with this company though my boss is my age and we get along pretty well.

Also I work in Real Estate the only thing they rate is how much money you make.

I rate your rating a 2/10 cause perfectness is weak. Unless you meant 10/100 in which case I give you a 9.9/10 for burning them on the rating.
