LOL...well, first of all, thats awakenings. if you aren't familiar with that, begin doing some research. one of the best festivals out there. speaking of which, today in amsterdam, will be occurring..im soo freaking bummed bc i JUST came from europe earlier this week on wed...had booked it and a week later i find out about awakenings happening that same sat of my fly week grr :whip: :whip: :whip: sooo freaking pissed and the line-up is insane- check for yourself Awakenings Festival
thats that and secondly, that right there is PAN-POT..they've been here quite a few times and they're just incredible with so much energy..def someone you would love to check out...that hard you just cant stop shaking to!! just to intrigue you a bit, wikipedia what their name means..that should just tell you what they are all about :crazy:

Yes I know it's awakenings I could just wish one day to go, man you don't have to tell me anything about pan-pot I've been a huge fan for a minute but have yet to hear them live hopefully one of these nights. How crazy are those fireworks inside the venue, you couldn't do this in the states since so many people will sue for bs fake burns etc.

so wait.. cuz now i am def interested in going next year but this weekend was the festival and that venue there is not the same as the festival.
I kinda wanna hit up that one in April not June... I need to see vids of June fest to make up my mind.

Pan-Pot have only been here 4 times in the last several years. They played a Minimoo in '08 but I wan't cool enough to be on the golden mailing list yet. First time I tried to see them was Minitek and they were in the group that got moved around because of the Midtown venue getting shutdown. I ended up missing them because of that. They then did a blkmarket party in April '10, missed that because of prior engagements I couldn't get out of :whip: And then they were also squeezed in somewhere into the blkmarket NYE @ D36 this year. DJ Jesus couldn't get me to enter a club or bar in NYC on NYE.
Needless to say, I desperately want Pan-Pot to get headlined in NYC soon.
Still one of my favorite techno songs right now. Needs more playtime.
