Not necessarily, the Hard Summerfest was dope. If they can continue that momentum they'll do well. Especially considering they're the only ones with any semblance of a decent lineup. |

Never really took you for the skrillex type, Bas.
I'm checking out the lineup from hard summer now and the only names that really interest me are Odd Future and everythign going on in the DFA tent - Murphy&Mahoney, Juan Maclean, and Still Going especially. I'm sure I would've had a great time going just for that but I feel like I've moved away from liking the other stuff. |

anyway.....marco and paco have my full attention!!!!! these guys destroyed miami, paco always does!!! not necessarily my fav place to see great djs but paco hasn't been back to LA in like 2 years. guess i'm in the 909 for halloween :) |

what's going on in LA on halloween then? hard and what else?
or are the other music events outside of the city as well? |

Sasha at Avalon is 10/29, as well.
I'll probably go to Armin Only. I'm still a trance fan, and a trance show of that magnitude is right up my alley, even if a lot of the newer tracks these days aren't so great.
I'll hopefully be kicking off the weekend early with Carl Cox at Avalon, too. :) |

i didnt tell the companies to put their EDM events on the same night in the socal area.
i guarantee there will be people who would have attended both had they been different days, based on that, each event is losing out on potential customers. thats a fact.
i also guarantee that if only MM was taking place(like years past) the attendance for MM would be greater than it will be this year with another event taking place on the same day.
There is a HUGE boxing event in vegas this weekend, you dont see the UFC hosting a HUGE event in vegas to go head to head with it. instead ufc is hosting their event next week in a completely different state(co), and these arent even the same sport whereas MM and EFW are both edm massives. |

holy i'm there!!!! he was one of the most enjoyable djs i've seen all year :p and i've heard such good things about his parties at the avalon recently too... yowza. excellent
is it gonna be halloween themed or anything? |
