Don't get me wrong. I love cottages. We used to have an amazing one out around Picton but my grandmother had to sell it. I've got soooooo many incredible memories from that place...

Good thing about it was that she actually lived in it so it was always warm and lived in when we got there...

Christmas there was the best...

The term 'condo' isn't exclusive to Miami. It refers to any sort of apartment which you own (and condo's usually come with some perks too)

lol don't tell that to any of the condo YUPPIES here in Toronto who pay top dollar for a shoe box apartment, build with the finest low quality materials there is.

apartment = space with shared walls, and with neighbors above and/or below. condo = detached or a townhome with shared walls only--not part of a high-rise.
