Its nice when its hot but that 94% humidity makes it feel intolerable and just down right disgusting... couple that with the 4+ million cars polluting the air... mmm smogfest 2011.

I opened my car window yesterday driving down the Gardiner to the Jays game.... it was by far the most disgusting smell. I couldn't do it on a daily basis.

Atrocious isn't it? I stay far away from Toronto at all costs during the summer months... its supposed to be a time for patios, sunshine, beautiful breeze, socializing but all those things get completely trumped when you are right beside Lake Ontario and gridlock'd by so many millions of cars polluting you to death. Our carbon footprint has got to be one of the worst for a developed country.

I'll live in Mississauga before I ever go back to TO... atleast the pollution there is spaced out a bit better :P

If you think our pollution is bad, you should travel more...

Last time I was in Santiago, my eyes were burning 2 hrs after I landed...

LA's is brutal as well and I'm sure there are many other bad places...

If I am not mistaken Santiago is one of the most polluted cities on the planet. Also I did mention developed countries but yeah there are far worse places than I can imagine but we have the biggest and longest highway on the planet and its certainly not getting any better as the years go by... we are also sandwiched in between several nuclear plants... if we had cleaner energy we might alleviate some of the problems we are going to encounter in the coming years.
