Out of curiosity, whats your reason that it sucked? I've heard people say that it was horrible, and i disagreed. Was it boring? was it not enought story? not enough action? not enough consistency to the original? (and also replace all the "not enough" with "too much") Like i'm curious, i thought the movie drew me in, it wasnt sarcastic, over-all well done. maybe not as dark as it should've been, but still good. |

it def did not suck
it had it's off moments but saying it "sucked" is not true, IMO. |

Apparently they were filming in India in some desert which is rumored to be Lazarus Pit of Ra’s al Ghul.
Special effects will obviously be added lol.

I remember watching The Dark Knight the first time and I was absolutely blown away. I couldn't believe a film could be like that. After watching it for the 20th time, yes there's plot holes, but you can pick apart any movie, really.
Heath Ledger as The Joker is tied with Al Pacino in The Godfather Part II, as my favorite two performances.
As for The Dark Knight Rises, I'm sure it will be a great conclusion to the trilogy... |

Ridley is trying to downplay that it isn't but then there's a bunch of other evidence the show otherwise. For instance Michael Fassbender comfirming in an interview that it is, and just even more recently, leaked pics from the upcoming trailer that show images from the movie that are very remiscent of Alien...

It should make sense, given how H.R. Giger himself is on board doing the set designs. I think Ridley just doesn't want people thinking it has something to do with Ripley's charactor, but yeh it definately takes place in the Alien universe before the events of the first one and could solve some answers to the origin of the Space Jockey. |
