A short interesting documentary on the social effects of atheism and the repercussions that can come about due to the admission of being atheist in the United States.

"the most hated and mistrusted minority in the united states"
uh, no. that would probably be transgender people.

Quite hyperbolic in the manner used to paint atheists as a persecuted minority and it's not that I don't think they're unjustly singled out but it seemed to take a fairly glaring conceit, stating that atheists are the least violent, most tolerant, most intelligent, most progressive people ever to be maligned. The inclusion of Ayn Rand is also ironic, especially as it pertains to that blurb at the end.
I don't agree with putting people down for their beliefs but this video is flawed on several levels of intellectual integrity. If Christians or any religious group made it to suit their purposes, I would be just as vehement about trashing it. No matter where it came from or what it's trying to portray, it only adds more bull than substance.
Oh, and go yourself, Mr. Bison.

Are atheists even the most mistrusted religious minority? I thought that would be Muslims.

The last comment of the most progressive etc is untrue or in the least, not relevant. Atheism is nothing more than not believing in a godly being. It says nothing about the values a person holds dear.
That being said though, as a foreigner looking at the US, it's almost incomprehensible how religion is tied into its political and social environment, this is in no way a secular state. In public debates the arguments used to defends one's view on issues like abortion, gay rights... are almost always religiously based. As an atheist, this kind of society would aggravate me enormously.
