Dont get how people say this city is boring.... if you want to go clubbing drive downtown apart from that you got everything you need. You are right beside SQ1 which is a great shopping mall.

PS. now you are close you can bring your car for a run :p

Sauga is not as bad as most of you make it to be. I wouldn't live there myslef but I wouldn't dread it as much as what has been said. There are only a few parts of it I would like to live in but the majority of it I would stay away from. I am just not too fond of the people, some plazas and just some suburban way of life out there.

You really do need to have a car in Mississauaga or else your life will be miserable. Especially commuting downtown to and from and also on certain specific hours it would be a nightmare coming from Islington station or crossing over from Etobicoke.

Good luck.

what we do alot in mississauga is go to yonge and eg for good times

That new Wacky Wings Bar at Dixie and Dundas area is pretty cool. Great place to watch a game or UFC on those big screen TVs

For DT beer options you got Bier markt (2 locations) with 100+ beers to choose from, or if you want to go direct to the source you can visit Steamwhistle, Amsterdam, or Mill St breweries and grab free samples at any of the 3. Another mentionable would be Real Sports bar where they have North America's largest HD tv and also a huge beer selection. Then there's Porter flights leaving from Centre Island who gives you unlimited beers on the plane. Or maybe grab a pint watching a Leafs, TFC, Jays, Argos, etc etc game (stadiums all DT of course). But typically we don't brag about this type of stuff cause there's just so many options of what to do here that it's not worthwhile discussing. :p :p :p

For real though my advice for Sauga is get a good group of friends to hang out with. That's the best entertainment and leads to the most fun regardless of where you live.

Well thats an understatement!

Though I must say, as sad as it is, Mississauga is easily the least offensive of TO's 'burbs.
