Vola closing down :(

Only been there once, the vibe was cool there, it was nice and small with good sound but still preferred footwork over it. Caught the wippenberg show there, wasn't to impressed by him (I'm fairly sure he came on late too), but mr. Morton (aka mortyman as we better know) killed it. Really enjoyed his tunes and made my night there. Will try to go again once more to catch him.
Sorry to hear about the close down though |

I'm not a big fan of the space, but they host some great parties there, so, sad nonetheless. Though...

...any word if these guys are planning on opening a new place? That would certainly suggest they are. |
