Need to give a little care to the actual break to smooth the transition, but other than that the track feels done.

instant head nodding as the beat starts. Nice groove :) Second part is really nice. The part towards the break takes too long in my opinion. I started to lose my interest halfway (around the 2min mark)

Welcome to May's edition of Vibrations. It's been a few months since the January mix and I wanted to update my friends some great new trance tracks. While some of these have broken the mainstream horizon, many of these chill trance tracks are hidden gems equating into a nice chill/summer mix.
The inspiration behind this volume stemmed from vibrations vol. 7-9...they had a chill yet respectable trance sound. These sound elements are ones I enjoy the best. While sounding amazing, they stray the course of mainstream trance, leaving an impression and enjoyable taste you keep coming back to time and time again.

This is really good.
I'd agree with Storyteller that the first part of the track gets a little tedious, but I don't think it needs much change, just....something.
One thing (and this is nitpicking really) that i'm missing is a little groove in the percussion. It's feeling a little 'on the beat' where I'd prefer to hear a little more shake.
Definitely the best thing I've heard from you by miles and miles.

Thanks a lot guys. Worked on it, came out like this, so I'm interested to see a follow up on your thoughts.
As always, enjoyed listening to the progression on this track. Nice work, sir.

Thanks guys! :) By the way, I would be really appreciative of some mixdown feedback. Any holes you guys can hear? Hard to tell with the SC encoding sometime, seems fine to me though.

I think the encoding is really interfering with the truly qualitative evaluation I might be able to give if I had a high quality file to listen to, repeatedly; putting it into my collection and being able to hear it against other people's work. Of course, I can't promise anything other than what I've already posted, in terms of criticism, but I'll make sure to listen to it, repeatedly, in case there are any errors that happen to catch my ear, over time.
I have a feeling that your intuition about the encoding is more astute than you think, with a lot of gremlin artifacts showing up at a pernicious frequency that caused me, just now, to have to listen to it again in order to grant you this more extended evaluation of why I need a proper copy to be able to work out any number of potential errors those pesky gremlins happen to be masking. They reveal themselves in ways I've learned to ignore or tune out, if you will, but in the very act of tuning out the soundcloud aliasing so prevalent in your mix, I am also tuning out the nuanced decision making of your work; the sum of which could realize either greatness or mediocrity.
Regardless, I don't want to seem like I'm putting pressure on you to just "give" me a free mix of this and other songs for my selfish listening pleasure. If you don't care for such a barter arrangement where you may or may not receive criticism in exchange for free merchandise to be criticized, I quite understand. But just don't think of it that way. Really, you should think of it as though I'm the one doing you a favor.
