Activated Events present, Wet Electric - IRVINE.
The largest & loudest pool party of 2010 is coming back home to SoCal @ Wild Rivers waterpark. This year will be sexier, bigger and wetter as we once again transform Wild Rivers into an adult playground!
Two days, two stages, 25 world class DJ's, full-service bars, plush cabanas, vip areas, waterslides, wave pools, lazy river and thousands of beautiful party people.
This will be the ULTIMATE CLOSING PARTY OF THE SUMMER, and the final event that ever takes place at Wild Rivers, as this is their final season.

lol, great lineup but for a pool party? Even if it's a waterpark.
It's rare these days, but I'm with bigperf on this one.
J00F nor CL belong poolside/at a waterpark (if they are both playing their typical style). The vibe the bring just doesn't match it. They need darkness and dirtyness. Especially j00f.
(i'd still go if I could, though. Still weird for a pool party) |

honestly..it wasn't that bad.. it probably helped my #1 dj was spinning and i had his undivided attention as everyone around me was drunk or unaware of what music was playing..all they cared about was they were at a waterpark partying lol
plenty of places to lay out and chill..no bottle service needed!
it wasn't crowded at all so u dont have to worry about people being all up in your space and annoying you
a lot of promoters selling tix to Wet Electric are regular OC hiphop/top 40 club promoters .. so you'll have a lot of non-edm people there just looking to party.. i was even able to score my guy friend a free ticket at the gate some guy was just giving away..
go with a group of friends.. you'll have a great time... |

Ya i wanted to go last year but something came up last minute. This sounds like a lot of fun so I'm definitely going to ask my non-EDM friends who like waterparks to go. $50 is pretty expensive...maybe I'll just wait until last minute to scoop up good deals. |
