that pretty much describes the weather 99% of the time.

The forecast showed Florida getting hit for about a week, before it went on to Georgia, then South Carolina, then North Carolina, then Jersey, then New York, then back to Jersey, then to Pennsylvania, then to whatever the it is now.
I wouldn't be surprised if these suits played this around to boost the economy.
Anyways, I was sad to watch it steer north just east of the Floridian coast without getting ANY impacts of it. It's pretty ing amazing what nature can do.

A week ago this thing was out in the Atlantic Ocean. That's just how these things move.
Hurricanes are so large, they always affect a large area, Irene being no exception.
Good luck east coast. I don't like that the media is making this fearfest 2011, but oh well.
I can't wait until someone calls is "hurripocalypse" or "watergedden" like they do with the ing snow storms.
It always makes me shake my head at how un-educated the media is when it comes to Meteorology. |

last night, it was 29.2 feet at 15 seconds on the 120 mile buoy...would've been a bitch of a paddle-out :p

my friend is throwing a hurricane party starting tomorrow night and going til whenever we can come outside again :p |
