Agreed on all accounts man. :) Quivver is right up there at the top of my all-time favorite producers list. I've just never heard anything sub-par come from him ever. And you're right, he hasn't changed his sound at all really. He just subtlely tweaks it to fit in with the times. But he has been totally steady with his direction over the past 12 years or so.
