The guy from Ivory Coast who pretty much admitted doing it, had his DNA on and in the victim and bloody hand prints and footprints all throughout the house, who only recanted and said that Knox and her BF were there at the urging of the prosecution and for a lesser sentence after originally saying they were not at the house... |

The story was so promising at first, but it turns out that the prosecutor was just a crackpot. Pity.
Well, she ought to be able to leverage the media attention her case has attracted to produce an outrageous profit. So perhaps she's not entirely useless. |

I hope she is left alone. I cant imagine how horrible this experience has been.
The Italians botched this whole thing, they started with a murder victim and destroyed two other lives as well, and in the process the original victim was totally forgotten, overshadowed by the total incompetence of the Italian police and courts. |

| Forgetting obviously that an innocent girl is dead & her family have been as much victims of the media circus and the justice system in Italy. Knox wasn't as innocent as you might think and had it been an english girl who'd been locked up for murdering a seattle girl you'd be seeing things differently imho. |

On evidence like that? Sorry Ian, I do have a brain. The fact that the Kercher family was so gung-ho on seeing these two locked away when the obvious killer is already in jail just rings of spiteful revenge and blind anger.
If you want to blame anyone for this blame the Italians. That prosecutor knew what he was doing when he decided to go after Knox with a zealous passion. I guarantee there was no doubt in his mind that the whole ordeal would be a media circus, and of course the victim is lost in that mess.
I feel bad for the Kercher family, they lost their daughter in the most horrible way possible, but it is no reason to strike out and ruin the lives of two other families as well. |
