Looking back at that forum sig makes me cringe; I know I have worse than that as well, but fs that horrible background, no removal of the outline of the character and especially that horrible white blob.
edit: anyway, it seems you liked the logo suggestion, so do you want me to upload the .psd so you can fiddle with colours/text etc?

not a fan of the outer glow, but the concept is cool
typography could be better though :p
Which program are you using? Photoshop?
Try fiddling around in the "Character/Paragraph" window. |

| Yeah I should definitely change the font and stuff. I think I just wanted part of the text to match the color scheme, so I chose the outer glow. I'll fiddle with it. |

I would avoid having it looking like two bottles of Coke 69-ing each other.
Also clean it up a bit so it's not so visibly pixelated |
