would love to drive all the way up to sfo for this with my gf (it would be a 9 and a half hour drive from Vegas)

but then again I read that Ruby Skye enforces strict dresscode and we only packed sneakers (mine are white adidas) and hiking boots :/
so I guess that's a nono , right ?

alwys hated clubs that force (or prefer you to) dress up , as if people in buttoned up striped shirts and fancy black shiny shoes know better how to party ... quite the opposite.

in my opinion, you'll be fine. i come in my chucks all the time, wearing decent jeans. i also wear a nice polo or a button up shirt though. i have never worn dress shoes to ruby skye.

when i go there, i always see people dressed down, wearing a tshirt and jeans, and some addidas. i think ruby skye wont let anyone wearing like baggy jeans with some nike shoes, etc.

any other opinions on this?

Was hoping to be able to make the early show (since there's tickets avail), but will be working late Thursday it appears helping with something and won't be out until 9 or so.

Oh well, I miss out this time.

I'm not one to bug people for lists unless they tell me come to them whenever needed. And even when they do and I go to them, I always be to sure to mention that it's OK to say no (as in, don't feel obligated to...or sometimes a GL just isn't possible).

Otherwise, I feel like a complete freeloader.

Getting on a private list is a privilege and not a right. I treat it that way.

Yeah, I have some morals. :p
