Tiesto brought the cheeeeeeese

I was curious what Tiesto has morphed to, but no longer am.

If there's anyone on TA that enjoyed what Tiesto played last night (doubtful!), I'm quitting this board. Felt like I was in some random club in Vegas. Don't even want to waste any more words on the subject. I knew a few years ago when he threw down an apathetic set in Brazil that was it. The Tiesto chapter in my life is now officially over.

Does he really like that he's playing now? really?

Considering he started out playing hardstyle/gabber... my guess is yes.

Tiesto has not be current for like 4+ years. I think it's hilarious you just found this out.

I haven't seen him in about a year - last year at Ruby Skye is was actually a pretty good night, music was *ok*. It's been since he took residency at the Hard Rock Vegas this year doing his "In Concert" show that I've really been hearing of the changes (though some people have reported it being a good "party" but with different music), and he's been quoted this past year about changing his style. It's clearly to keep himself relevant with the younger crowd.

But yes, it's been about 3-4 years since I've been getting disappointed by him. Brazil, Ibiza, you name it. I always seem to give this guy a shot, especially in SF - but appears that doesn't hold anymore.

There were plenty of people there who were loving what he was playing, especially the 3 people dressed up as Deadmou5e, just not me or my friends.

Well no use in beating a dead horse here!

The last time I remember thinking tiesto was fun was at the Tiesto in Tijuana show in 2006.
