I don't disagree, In this particular case, believe it or not...the hardline rhetoric plays straight into Ahmadinejackass' mouth: "see, told you they're aggressors".
Now, I also believe Israel has to stop being asshats too, it's hard to defend their reasoning when they are prodding the troll in no uncertain terms. I think that George W squandered any possibility of support by ing up royally in a counrtry where we had no business being in, and this lead to more brash Iran, emboldened by good odds that nothing of dire consequence would come against it.
IMO, Dubya should have started with Iran. Iraq was a lesser evil and an easy target, but Iran would have been a better candidate for fabricating false reasons to invade, albeit at a higher level of difficulty. Opportunity was there, they just needed to bluff harder to get the ok to "liberate" Persia.
And now, all we can hope for is MAD deterrent. there's no way Obama has the balls to let the Israeli pitbull off the leash. Now, get somebody like slick Rick in the WH... Ladies and gentlemen, grab your popcorn. Bush 2.0 indahauze! |

lol an invasion and fight in Iran would mean tens of thousands of US dead in the first few months. Its not something we could stomach today, even if we really had to get in there and do it.
Iran is not Iraq, Iranians are not Iraqis, it would be a totally different fight. |

Take a look above, so far the convo has been going on quite civilly. Using inflammatory language only makes your position less credible. Your point is: Haredim are influencing hard line policy and hawkish rhetoric, which poses a threat to the Jewish state and region. Bringing your hatred is not necessary - your reputation and position is well known among former/ current pdd'ers, as a matter of fact, it is actually one of the reasons pdd died - cancer took it. So, let's keep the convo on track and more or less civil, ok hon? |

Now having said that. A war with Iran won't happen. Because Iran has a lot of RPGs. They would simply make it a very miserable war for Israel or the US. No tanks and not a good enough air support. Would make the ground fighting hell for the soldiers. Meaning many would die so it would not be worth it. |

Wait how is that comment bringing out hatred? I never made those comments. Did you read what I posted? That comment came directly from the ex-Mossad chief warning everyone about the politics within Israel. Perhaps you may want to go and read about that?

I wish the people would understand that. Any attack on Iran will only unite the people. The People in Iran know their history and would not lie back if their country was attacked. Attacking Iran would be a mistake from which the consequences are too terrible to imagine. |
