| It's just that the whole meat and gravy part is too realistic, too direct. Humour is about subtlety, or bare-faced honesty masquerading as subtlety. Too much truth can upset the balance, and the fact of the matter is that blood and gravy are rather one and the same when it comes to our little Rosie. |
