If I lived in Mtl, I would totally go to the Temple for this !! I've been doing the Ashtanga practice since 2005 and love it. Mind, Body, Spirit. Namaste.

I'm no expert but wouldn't soothing ambient type music suit yoga best? .. trance + yoga makes absolutely no sense lol

exactly what i thought.
downtempo electronica for the win.

My girlfriend is an ashtanga yoga teacher (as of recently) and she loves practicing to my sets (at home). Deep/tech/minimal/dub tech bpm 120-125. She says the steady beat helps her keep her breathing steady at 8-beat inhale, 8-beat exhale, which she feels is a decent pace.
I've done it a few times and it's not bad! I just worry I might get into a flow and injure myself :P
On another note, I think it's brilliant to put clubs to use during the day, especially as studios. They're perfect spaces for that and are otherwise closed. Daome has drop-in house dance classes before Safari on tuesdays. If I lived closer I'd totally go.
Curious about this yoga @ stereo but not gonna lie, I'll probably shy out until some friends scope it first :)

Can't wait to hear about this! If anyone here went, tell us!
