IIRC he didnt even start touring (at least in the US) until maybe 3-4 years ago.
From what I've seen he's been more active int he past 3-4 years, not saying he hasn't been around (DJ touring) before that

Believe he started really DJing (touring) in 2003 or 2004...so still, well after he made those tracks.
Never heard him "live,", but he is a great DJ! I guarantee you that he's much better than you might imagine...if you hadn't heard him yet. I have gotten so many people to go see him and they just about always come back impressed.
If they are promoting those tracks trying to get people to see him, they are going after a different crowd. But I dunno.
Won't be shocked if he pops up and replied to this threat!
No way I could make it to this even though I'd love to. |

| Sandstorm is a good track. He played at Circus in 2008, but the crowd was mediocre for him. |

| saw ville in SD at on broadway 3 years ago today actually, he played a great set, again in sf at ruby skye during lovEvolution 2009. He's very friendly too. i think i saw he's doing NYE in la also. |

Will try to attend.
Coming in from San Fran for this, Infected Mushroom saturday, and Yahel on Sunday.
Saw darude do 4 dj sets in the past and he tears it up. The whole one track syndrome thing must suck. Its all people really recognize you by after that happens. But is it his fault that the track was picked up like that? Is it bad that happens after you probably dream it all your life? Funny thing is, the 4 times i did see him, he remixed the track in a different way each time. Pretty neat.
Not sure what "live" in this case means as he does tour with an effects console, but would be pretty cool if he does play midi live or have guests perform live - drummer? guitar?. No dancers i hope though haha. Live trance sets are used many times as a dance group and one singer or something. |

| I am guessing he'll do Way Out West style of live (Jody & Nick, not thinking of when they ahve the singer). Maybe with more knobs. :p |
