No I wouldn't! If I were a copper and wanted to arrest someone, I'd arrest them; if I were a protester and wanted to protest, I'd refrain from violence; and if some gung ho protester decided to attack the police, I'd find a way to stop them.

I'll attempt a rough translation:

"To the ones who defend the military council. To the deluded/absent-minded who think the military force and the people/citizens are one/united.
