Pudding consists of the same chemical compositions for all, the taste is thus the same but is perceived differently by different people.
The word "taste" can also mean the subjective perception of taste, but I would think it was obvious what meaning was used here.
Either way it seems as if you'r in agreement, but only have a problem with a specific word choice. The pudding does not change, there is still only one truth - but each person may perceive it differently. |
The very nature of reality is a lie, if you think about it. A two dimensional hologram twisted to create the illusion of 3 dimensions. We're really no more than figures seen on a video screen, waves/particles - 1s/0s, not much new under the Sun, eh.
And, unfortunately, the taste of the pudding (much like one's perception of the flavour) will not remain constant, however - oxidisation and bacteria will take hold over the (once) sweet chemical concoction that preschoolers and dental surgery victims love so much. Preschoolers will eventually get into drugs, and dental surgery victims will get back into the burgers and trans fats that will lead them to heart surgery ;D
The Truth (from this one's perception) is really more than any of us can conceive of; it is what Is; and if I could be any more vague, I would be - but to even consider the manner which photons behave at a quantum level and how we perceive them - ultimately Truth is equal to perception on this platform of reality. For us, relative truth must suffice.

1. Sometimes blue, sometimes its red, sometimes black, etc.
2. No. Truth and subjectivity are opposites. A thing is either true or not true, no matter what people think about it, and no matter how many people are mistaken in their perception. |

| This is clearly a troll thread. You can not discuss the existence of truth just like that. First, we need to clarify whether existence exists. |

What color is the sky? |
It's a specific hue of blue. Usually called "sky blue".

I don't think there is any one answer to that so the truth lies somewhere in a myriad of subjective answers.
| quote: | | If I say pudding tastes good and someone else says it doesn't, then whats the truth? |
The pudding tastes good to you and bad to them. But the actual taste is the same between you both. That's a simple fact. The question of good or bad taste is subjective and there is no truth to it. Just opinion.
1 + 1 always equals 2 right? |
