not at all... let me show you the difference:

CURVY

FAT

wtf is this wonderland some dudes live in where if a woman weighs more than 130 lbs she's somehow obese? people toss the word fat around like it's cavalier. you might mean she is a little chubby, or she could be a plus-size model, or she could stand to lose 10 lbs... but when someone HEARS fat, they think you are calling them obese.

2nd girl is fat, imo.

"Curvy" is for women with ample breasts, ass, hips, etc. If you have a big stomach, that's not "curvy" it's fat.

most women aren't gravity-defying barbie dolls who have but no stomach fat. that's called plastic surgery or amazing genes. generally, if you want someone to have dat ass, or a nice rack, or some soft hips, she's gonna have a lil extra junk elsewhere too...

No.

No, nobody is perfect...but that's typically the way fat people rationalize being fat.

This girl at work said "Why can't we just accept our bodies?" As if being fat/overweight/unfit is just as natural. It ing isn't.

finally a woman that gets it. there's a reason why almost everyone loves miss pie around here :D

prolikewhoa - as srussell said: first pic = curvy (i'd personally classify her as chunky), second pic = fat. sorry.

i also like how fatties like to call themselves "real", as if all the skinny/in shape women are somehow robots or not human. pfffft. the likelihood of a fat chic losing weight are abt the same as those of me getting taller: ZERO. never gonna happen. which is unfortunate because you can definitely change your weight :whip:

Be proud, Miss Pie! A man with no ability to sustain a committed relationship and whose nearly constant reporting of sexual conquests involves prostitutes, identifies with YOU!!!

You must be so proud. ;)

I also dislike the "real" term. Trying to turn fat hate around by implying that skinny women are "fake" seems just as bad.

As far as health concerns, the optimal BMI (height / weight ratio) for longevity in women is 20.0 to 24.9. That translates to about 115 to 140 pounds for a 5'3" woman, 125 to 155 for a 5'6" woman, or 130 to 165 pounds for a 5'9" woman. Maybe you would call women in those ranges "fat." If so, that just shows how disconnected common ideas of "fitness" and "fatness" are from what actually results in good health in the real world.

Haha, the women in the pics above did not have giant rolls like that. Nobody is saying the Michelin Man look is healthy.
