This is a song that I am currently in the middle of, and it is only my 5th ever song.

Work In Progress (Trance) by MIKE333ACE

I'm really desperately wanting any feedback on this track, no matter how good or bad you think it is.

Cheers. :)

p.s. If there's anyone kind out there that thinks they could spend a small amount of time giving this a professional feel, I would happily send the flp file as it would benefit my learning greatly.

Really nicely produced track. Great work! Could benefit from some mixing fairy dust, but apart from that; really good!

will say a few things when i get some time.

if you want honest advice, don't mention your age or how long you have been producing. People will lower their standards and tell you its great. It isn't great. There are lots of things to talk about. You want feedback , constructive, but without those assumptions that make people a little too nice which isn't going to help. You want people to give advice where the standard is a track good enough to sell a few hundred copies at least.

ON the other hand, don't do the opposite and say your track is the bomb as then people will just pan it no matter what.

but ya , will get back to it in a few days.

Hey, also 14 year old trance producer ! :D
I'm not alone here on the forums.

It's pretty good, however the mastering at the main part / main melody is crackling and clipping. Did you had problems with your CPU there or is the lead boosted too hard?
You might want to put the lead an octave higher there and give the lead less release so it has a more of an arp feel. Or did you wanted to create a casual lead instead of an arp?

But for a 5th trance track it sounds pretty good! :)

EDIT: you can send me the .flp as well. I'll see what I can do to with the track.

Slight problems with cpu, but i spose the main reason is to much release. Thanks for the advice and im glad you like it :)
