I talk to people here the same way I would in real life, and I try to be as polite as possible.
Although I do think I lost my temper here this year way more often than ever before (3 or 4 times), I’m not proud of it, and I hope it won’t happen next year. |

takes special kind of people to stick around the c0r. you need a thick skin and a warped sense of humour. but once you're more or less accepted, and prove that you're not a complete moron or a douche, you'll survive the c0r
nothing is really sacred in the c0r, but once serious issues comes up, or you need advice, c0r has some pretty good insights and help.
most of the people from c0r that I met are actually cool. even jennie because she likes slapping random asses :gsmile: |

I dunno, the cor was much much cooler back in the day. the LOL's rolled like tumble weeds do today.
Ch0p threads were abundant and when someone did something funny they were king for that day. There were alot more characters and I think people were overall funnier back then. We would raid local forums, figure out small ways to hack the site a bit to piss off del, drive mods insane and it was really hard to not want to go straight to this site when you got on the computer because there was always something going on ie corewhore offs, corewhore meetups etc. We were such a tightly knit community and when people would other members the drama was amazing |

It's not the COR in particular, this whole board is on its last legs. Trance became uncool, people substituted Facebook for forums, and that was that. We are all witnesses to the extended, creaky death.

2009 took up 140 pages, 2010 took up 110 pages, and 2011 has taken up 81 pages.

| Facebook did kill it, but the fact remains that when this place was anything goes it was way more popular. when they tried to sanitize it a few years back it was the beginning of the end. |

Not sure that’s the case. I did the exact opposite in the Political Debate/Discussion board, and the result was pretty much the same. People just moved on. |
