I build all my computers with parts from newegg. Like any retailer, they will sell things at retail prices. They also have a ton of deals on off brand overstock. Their warranty system is also second to none.

Sensorium, if you live in the USA and have a Microcenter in your area, it's best to buy the Ram, MB & Processor from them (In-Store Deals only, no online shopping deals), Usually about $40-50 less than what Newegg or Tigerdirect is charging. Otherwise, I'd just stick with Newegg.

EDIT: The combo looks good. What are your major uses, though? Any overclocking?

You can always reuse old parts from an older computer (not like 1998 old lol) like old CDR drive or old hard drive as an extra drive. You probably do want to get a new motherboard and video card though.
