that was my goalkeeper he scored against. I watched the game and the conditions were awful, Liverpool is right on the coast and gusts were coming in of upto 60mph which when you add a football in makes for crazyness. Players all game were missing it and the simple fact it bounced and went another 35 yards shows how windy it was. At one point, Howard himself was nearly caught out after his defender headed a ball in the air and it came backwards in the wind & nearly into the net.

Yeah Stren. Howard said that it'd happened to him before when he was young & understood how frustrating & useless it felt since there wasn't a thing he could do. Very humble really, many would've said they meant it.
