Virus TI owners: TA soundbank is DONE (pg. 11)

uninstalled the the Ti suite and docs folder. so i'm afraid not
I've told myself anything VA needs to be ITB, so i'm settling with Massive, Diva & V-Station with additional processing. |

Sorry for the long break in the action, guys, but I am finally putting the finishing touches on the soundbank. I got pretty busy with other things over the past few months and I was sorta hoping that the new TI OS5 would have been released before I finished it, but we're still waiting.
Anyway, I need to get these organized, level out some of the volumes, etc. over the next day or two, then I'm going to put together a .txt with list of patches by sound designer. I'll be getting in touch with each of you for your preferred listing (artist name vs. TA name, etc.).
Here's the final number of patches:
me: 69
Julz: 33
studiobob: 11
Ellipse: 8
Sean Walsh: 7
As you can see, it's disproportionately in my favor, so if anybody else has patches that they still want to contribute, I'll ditch some of mine, but I'll need them ASAP.
Also, a few other considerations:
- anybody interested in making an audio demo or two?
- we need a name for the bank. Can we use "tranceaddict" in the name, or should we plan on coming up with something else? |

| I'd send Swamper a PM, explaining yourself. I don't think he would mind and, while he can sometimes take a while to get back, you'd be assured you were moving in the right direction, eventually. |

I would have made the demo but my virus broke yesterday :/ |

Good thinking. I hope he won't mind, since we're not trying to profit from it.

Nope, not forgotten, just busy, and somewhat lazy in that I didn't expect to have to contribute as much as I did.
What happened to your Virus?! :eek: Is it fixable? |

Went crazy during a project, connecting disconnecting and now USB or Midi dont work.
Under warranty still but so far they have not been very helpful. |

I'm sure It's tasteful and is done in good faith. With what I know he has to put up with, someone contributing something for truly positive enjoyment by others and for free is likely to be welcome. I'm pretty sure he wants to see more stuff like that. |

This is probably obvious, but have you tried doing a full reset? Also, make sure that the Target for the Knob Behavior (under CONFIG menu) is set to Internal + MIDI. |

I can;t listen to them but this is the main one i made. A lot of cool effect type sounds and some trance ish leads near the end. Hopefully it works. The names are usually kinda just well not very organized. But go thru them all, there are some cool stuff there even if it is about 10 years old. In case you're wondering why I didn't use these patches, it's because you didn't make these. A bunch of the sounds (i.e., with the "MS" suffix) come from Manuel Schleis' Vengeance soundsets (e.g., Incubation), and from other sound designers/soundsets (e.g., Dome soundbank, Rob Papen ("RP" suffix)). I started cross-referencing these with some of the other banks that I own and it looks like most, if not all of them, are from other banks. |
