We all know about the oldschool Sasha (+ Digweed) mixes, the compilations, the legacy. However, I'd like to take a minute and ask your opinion on him as a producer. What do you think of his productions, the hits and misses? And about his extensive collaborations with Charlie May, Holden, Junkie XL and others.
Also: What was your opinion on "Airdrawndagger"? Here's an old review of Jack's; (Hopefully he won't mind me linking it):
Probably this has been discussed to death, but maybe we can get some refreshed opinions in here since MD is pretty much dead.

Is his collab with Holden extensive? I thought it was only Bloodlock? Great track, wonderful album, and Mr.Tiddles is an often overlooked gem. I'm not a huge fan of many of his much praised oldschool tracks. His remixes and remakes are mostly a different story.

I loved Airdrawdagger but from what I heard he had lots of help with it.. sound design from other producers ect
I do not like Mr. Tiddles.
EDIT: Looking back I'm pretty sure this whole record was about banging heroin

Its dead because its not allowed to discuss Trance in its current state without getting overthrown by "veterans" who stopped listening to it half a decade ago and has no interest in it whatsoever.
As for Sasha - Airdrawndagger, Involver, Coma.. all great stuff. Definitely on the high end as a producer, his recent track Cut Me Down is nice as well. And yeah we all know they`re a team of producers, and thats part of the reason the music holds such a high quality.

2003-2005 Sasha was my personal fave from him production and compilation wise.
From the new sasha I just got a nice deal on the bootleg vinyl hosting his remix of Telefon Tel Aviv. That's my favorite thing he did off Inv2ol2ve2r

I know not much of a contribution but I just would have name them anyways. Belfunk just never gets old for me. I also enjoyed Mongoose and Park It In The Shade. Invol2ver was so well programmed and produced.
For those who missed it, Orkidea did a Sasha Classics Mix last year; it's worth a listen.
