he's gotta play for an angel, thats a classic, nothing but you was to be expected as well. didnt like the new set up, not fan friendly for when you get stage access to catch your friends dj.
too many asians period. washers, future washers, too many he-she's.
SD, SF, LV...LA is terrible, no wonder i keep it to 3-4 shows a year at avalon.
he did quite a few fist pumps and elbow drops up there, and yes the dubstep was terrible, all 1 minute of it. dizko flaked last minute, i had to provide him with video updates. opened with time of our lives. |

Just before PVD's set ended, there was a huge blast of kryo, only one of the night from what I recall. Couldn't see anything for a minute, haven't seen kryo like that since Space Miami, felt sooooo good! ;)
I believe that he played the closing song twice during the night. It's a newer track, female vocalist, I think there are words in it about kitchen utensils or something? |

Got there a little after 11. No line for ticketholders. I got my purse searched (which I had a water bottle with me) and they let me take it in.
The mainfloor was closed but we waited about 10minutes in line and the guy let us through.
Yes there were a lot of Asians but if you found the right spots it wasn't too bad. I'd rather deal with Asians than youngins shuffling all over my foot.
Paul's body language showed a lot more love for his set at Avalon than at White Wonderland or Palladium.. you can totally see it in his face.
Danced from beginning to end of Paul's set. By far the best I've heard since his last time at Vanguard. Good times! Saw so many people I haven't seen in years!
Is it me or did the drink cups shrink? Man they were tiny! |

now they need to drug test patrons! make them go in 5 days before event of attendance to submit a sample, clear out half the crowd.
I did notice one way to get around the "pat down" a lot of guys have been dressing as females. seems a bit discriminatory to only pat down guys, so guys are dressing like women to avoid a pat down. equality on pat downs! |
