highly doubt anyone en cares about being labeled as one of these "longlasting legend" statuses anymore mate, some of these names above here haven't done too en bad for themselvs over the years..

Phew! Thanks for alleviating my concerns mate. The lineups at the Skye over the past few months had left me concerned that the scene was dying in the bay, especially when LA seems to be getting these DJs every single month. |

No, Ruby goes in waves... DaveT was the first to bring it to my attention, and I agree 100%...
This will go on through the summer, then it will switch back... |

i also know that you tell it like it is, and have no need to overhype your events, and often times dont event post them on here because they sell out on their own :D
im sure the april gig didnt have to go on sale until april, but thats a proper move to allow patrons to get their tickets ahead of time.
i heard there is some big trance gig happening at a socal massive in march, and the artists have been announced for that stage, but not for many of the others! imagine that! doesnt seem to be a fan friendly model. |

I am never going to a torq event again. the bouncers attitudes on torq night for real. Me and my friends go to ruby Skye all the time and are the nicest and courteous people you will ever meet and they always treat us like on torq nights.

I know exactly what you are talking about! I have complained about this before!
I now know the head bouncer, great guy imo.... But he has explained some of the crap they go through before you or I get there and get them already in a bad mood from the stupid f*cking kids they deal with.
18 yr olds have the right to party and have a blast... But showing up to Ruby trashed and mind f*cked already is not fair to the club or bouncers! |
