hear, hear! the smackdown has been laid...and justifiably so. total agreement on this one, tiesto's american pride is admirable...but his comments have been getting more and more hypocritical and childish. as for you, mr johnsmith, i find it quite pathetic that you went and special ordered that issue...but hey, to each his own. i merely posted a quote from an article, and it seemed reasonable enough - it is a well known fact that he does NOT share the poverty in which his people live. what i dont understand is why this thread was even started, i dont see any new information that you have to give, or any type of debate that you wish to have with me. and apparently you did not read the magazine, or even look at the cover. when i get my scanner tomorrow ill be sure to scan the cover and every page of the article, and post it. if you want to make a valid point, make it. if your whole intention of starting this thread was to bash me and make me look foolish, stfu, and consider getting something we normal members of society like to call a LIFE.

If you were in Sadam's shoes, what would you do?
a) Build up his military power as a war is definately near. In history, no war between countries ceases until one Ruler is doused out by the other.
b) Eat Lobster
c) Seek the aliens to assist you.
Sadamn has been protrayed by the media as someone who's a threat to the US. However, who waged the war against them at first? Think about it logically, if you were bitten by a dog, would you take preventive measurements the next time you encounter the animal again? I would.
He's no angel either...having crossed the line by invading Kuwait. What's done is done. Sadam has been keeping a low profile as far as I know. As for 9/11, who wouldn't suspect it was his doings or possible collaborations with OBL.
Whatever it is, I know that Sadam will still his lobsters underneath his 20 feet-under bunkers while the US toss all their tax payers money in dropping bombs and spraying bullets.
Media is like an LSD trip, learn and anaylze the truth yourself instead of believing what seems to be an illusion. |

OK bluNine, first i will address the issue of the PM i sent you. I actually sent you TWO. The second one, was exactly as you have said.
The first one had the subject line "Are you lying, or just mistaken?"
I honestly wanted to know the answer to this question. I posted in the original thread, made a NEW thread for it with your name in it, and sent you a PM. you were online, and i got no response, so, i thought you were ignoring me. after a few days, i gave up on getting a response from you.
that's the only reason i sent you the second one, i thought you were a chump just spewing stuff out without having the source.
and, tranceaddict has this great PM tracking system, so, i can see that you read BOTH messages today. why did you only mention the second one?
So. as for your issue of the readers digest i'd like to see it. I have mine sitting right here on my desk, the cover says August 2002, and there is no mention of saddamn hussein. I don't have a scanner, but i could get it scanned if you require.
maybe you misquoted the issue date? or maybe there is an american version and a canadian? i don't think so, but i could be wrong.
in any case, i wasn't calling you a liar, ever. i just wanted to know what your source was for this info, a simple question.
I know he is rich, that is a fact.
