That was me, sad, inconsolable, and jealous that you heard this on a proper sound system... and I didn't :(

The end of the Universe (Finally!).
The death of our Sun, marking the official end of our solar system (wo-hoo!).
Any point in time (several billion years ago) when Mars had a warm climate which could support life. Scientists say that Mars had conditions which could sustain life for so many billions of years more than the Earth has that there was enough time for 5 or 6 races to have spontaneously emerged as single-celled organisms and evolve into life forms advanced enough to have left the galaxy completely :wtf: . If this is the case, then I'd expect to find out a lot about our origins, and perhaps about a lot of our legends/religious concepts. |

the future isn't history, so travelling forward in time is out of the question, right?

| I would go back in time, let's say 18 years ago, just to enjoy more time with my dad and all other members of my family who passed away. |

Wow.
I've narrowed it down to three
Go back to the Tudor-era, for the amazing lifestyles and music.
Dinosaurs
Pre-WW 2 Japan (just to see, not live) |

Tempted to let you keep wondering... :p
Without wanting to hijack this thread (and in fact this probably deserves a thread of its own, so by all means, please start one)...
I agree with it to a certain extent. Most educated, intelligent people who have had the misfortune to go and try and enjoy a civilised night out in any town centre the UK would probably agree with Mikey Mike's statement, too.
I utterly despie going to so-called 'clubs' and most pubs and bars in the UK because of the morons and chavs etc who form most of the clientelle. Country pubs are the last bastion of decent folk. |

Yes, I remembered a random four year old thread. You can stop looking at me like I'm a freak now.
