Oh then this. For I know when I listened things made more sense for me than when I knew what to do with myself. And now here I am. This mix and all my skin. I know that there were parts in this mix where I was like, no, there could not possibly be any more notes to the songs in the songs in this mix. But then there were more and after even that then many more.

And I must say.

This mix is for me a good.

Great mix, man. Definitely the best thing I've heard from you so far. I haven't heard anything from you since you were mixing PROGRESSIVE HOUSE BOMBS, and this shows a massive improvement.

I don't really understand comments about this being weird, or having poor flow. The one section that felt very strange was around the Global Communication track. It felt like things were going to get more melodic and arpy afterwards, but the Loscil track didn't make much sense after it. Other than that, flow was very good. I think I've mentioned my love of that Sandwell District track before, and it was great to hear it used so well, a perfect peak to a very nice techno set.

Now if that kind of review from Jack doesn't get you over your self-consciousness, I don't know what will :p

I can't believe I hadn't responded to this one yet :wtf:

Huge fan of it, man. I loved it when it was live, and love it even more now, when I can give it even more attention. Given it several listens since it was upped and will keep it on the ol' hard drive for sure. Excellent tunes, with a great flow, imo.

Fantastic mix, I look forward to hearing more from you :)

Thank you man, I'm glad you enjoyed it. The Global Communication -> Loscil section is definitely a sore spot after listening to this several times, but overall I'm pleased with the presentation, so I'm glad others are liking it.

I really do appreciate the feedback, guys. Feeling very inspired to work on this next mix (YEAH, ROB). :)

Everybody keeps saying this so I'll clarify. Compared to the stuff he plays on the radio, posts on his facebook, and in his previous mixes, I found the music to be quite different. It was quite eclectic, and I thought it was weird in a good way. As far as the flow goes, I never said it had bad flow, I just said it was a little all over the place. One section of ambient, some techno, some spacy pads and field-recording-esque sections, again, much unlike his previous mixes. Still a very good mix, and people shouldn't take the comments on flow as a negative.
