| mmm well... it might not be the plugin :D sometimes switching it up can help though, new GUI and stuff... they all do the same right? not sure, never used it. if i had it was ages ago. |

| Hmmm.. Well, this kinda sucks.. the rv7000 was so easy.. you just popped it in and boom, there you go.. In Ableton, there seems to be a bit more to it.. Sooo yea that's why I'm looking.. I can't believe the Ircam is 1599.00 .. that's just crazy.. |

lol...Aether is excellent... Vallhalla Room is probably better value algorithmic reverb though. But I suggest you learn more about how reverb's work if you think ableton's is too complex. |

| vouching for valhallaroom. great investment, it's made it's way into every project i've opened up since buying it :) far less expensive than a lot of plugins as well |

For sure man, to be fair the rv7000 is one of reason's better devices. |

| to be fair, my game didn't really pick up until i switched to ableton 3 years ago. whatever it was about Reason, i have no idea... just got stagnant. things just started to click better in Ableton. i don't mind making a video on Ableton's verb at some point, just need it to be requested in the thread i have up. the comfort level i have with it took the better part of 3 years though, still not an "ace" but damn close. have no grief with it, especially not enough to seek a third party plugin. their inhouse plugins are sufficient, without a doubt. really, out of the box you can make excellent productions, in my experience observing, producing, and helping others, ing with too many plugins is just part of a larger problem, a scapegoat mostly. |

for reverb with long tails soundtoys echo boy has some lush presets.
look under the reverb section - echo boy galaxy or infinite space are 2 i like :)
the lexicon is nice but i dont think it really cuts it for the long tails personally |

| I'll also vouch for ValhallaRoom, and also the Reverence Convolution reverb in Cubase is great, but can be a serious CPU killer. |
