Hey all!
What about discussing your impressions about the ASOT 550 events? Any new tracks which surprised you, best performance in each place...? :)
A track which got me today was track number 6 by W&W performance in ASOT550 Moscow, still unknown title... under release soon? Hope so! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GofIWQ4Yg4g
Peace!

I totally digg'd it. So far I've listened to Armin both at Moscow and Kiev, ATB from Moscow, Markus Schulz in Kiev, and started Cosmic Gate in Kiev. In my opinion, ASOT always puts into perspective where trance is now, and where its heading. Although I always get a little irritated when some of the "Best" tracks are often unavailable, or at the moment only being played by the select few, the mixes, performances, and energy is quite unique.

At one point, during the ATB set, the crowd overwhelmed the music with chants of ATB, ATB, ATB, and so the music was turned down, and the crowd continued- it actually gave me goose bumps.

Seeing Armin and Markus post pictures "live" from Kiev was pretty remarkable as well.

I try to tune into all these events, e.g.: Tomorrowland, ASOT500, 550, Sensation. Its really cutting edge dance music in all facets.

I also try to watch http://www.be-at.tv/ a lot as well just so I can keep up with whats "not" on your usual beatport top 10 chart.

Anyways, ASOT550 was awesome!! I'm looking forward to the LA Show, Beyond Wonderland, which will kick off at like 3pm Saturday and I believe also, broadcasted "live".

Great topic btw.

I tuned in for Solarstone and it was a really bad set. So i suppose the entire event was a massive pile of horse .

Good thread btw.

Paul Oakenfold was a nice breath of fresh air for me. Couldn't really stand the rest.

Concerning the Moscow gig, gotta agree that Armin rocked it definitely (even though he's decreasing the level since the London gig a bit in my opinion... same with the Kiev one...). I loved W&W and Dash Berlin's performances (but maybe I'm quite spoiled as I'm a big fan of W&W), gotta say, and have in the "homework-list" ATB and Arty (I'm curious about that small baby).
Concerning the London gig, I still didn't check Solarstone (keep you updated ;)) and Oaky is Oaky... :) what to say to that!
I am really looking forward to tomorrow's gig in LA, it's gonna be massive!

It is "Shotgun" by W&W!! They just released the preview in their webpage ^^
Happy weekend guys! Peace!

He played a remix of 'Enjoy the Silence' and a modern version of '9pm (till i come)'. :wtf: :wtf: :wtf: 5 minutes completely wasted.

Paradox Lost
This inclusion in his most recent ASOT mix comp almost makes me wish I paid a passive level of attention to ASOT the radio show (and in Trance in general):

...but then I heard the rest of the album.

Right. Because disagreement is always equal to butthurt.

Argument settled.

Maybe his butt just hurts, and is explaining why he's momentarily unable to respond.

And this is the first and last time I play advocate for your busted ass, cropped.
