| Tritonal is coming to New York City Thursday, April 19. It's going to be at Pacha. No more details as of yet. |

| It's nice to see this recurring thursday trance action. Even if it is at Pacha... It's better than none at all. |

Interesting. Thought it was Kaeno. Good lineup either way. |

That flyer is incorrect.
I was told by the promoters that myself and Frank are opening, and he is closing. And Kaeno has confirmed that info on his Twitter. |

All I can say is wow. I was in the zone last night at this party, hadn't danced like that at a trance show in a while. I was just feeling it like I should because of the banging show that these guys all put on. Tritonal rocked the place, they came on around 12:30 I think, and played for 2 hours. I like these guys, they sort of remind me of Cressida who I've never seen play live in NYC.
They opened up with M83-Midnight City (Eric Prydz Remix) and from there just took it straight with all-out bangers, no fillers. The first hour was sick, danced non-stop. 2nd hour was good too, even though they dropped 3 'crowd sing-along' trax in there that I hate--A&B's Sun & Moon, SHM's Save the World & Ferry's Punk. Those songs are so 2011, way overplayed although pple eat them up. Kinda sick of hearing them at every show. They also played Piercing The Quiet which I love & Something New. Was looking forward to their remix of Luna System but wasn't played..This is my 2nd time seeing Tritonal, their Webster Hall show was great but this one surpassed it a lot imo.
Zack & Frank definitely set the mood for Tritonal, they had the crowd going way before Tritonal came on. Zack's sets are always good, I try to catch his gigs as often as I can. A lot of pple were there but it definitely wasn't as crowded as it would be on the wknd of course. Which was great because there was fkg room to dance. Awesome time! Big thanks to Massive :toocool: |
