Looks like both of them have since posted bail/bond and both will be arraigned tomorrow at CCB (Criminal Courts Building) in Downtown LA.
More info will come out at the arraignment. They will likely make a not guilty plea or continue the arraignment. The arraignment judge also has the power to adjust bail higher or lower depending on charges, past criminal records, flight risk (ties to the community) etc.

This is touchy subject for me also. I know and like both of them. Don't care what anyone else has to say.
At the end of the day, business is business and I have a lot of respect for them. They have made millions, while most of us here on TA do nothing but hate, live paycheck to paycheck, are broke, or are in major debt and need to consider filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
You can't tell charges now yet from the LA County Inmate Search website.
To find out charges, one must ask for a docket sheet at the criminal window of any LA Courthouse.

I'm actually curious to know what the charges are as well.
Being that is being filed by LA District Attorney, that means its a Felony. Because the LA City Attorney prosecutes misdemeanors in the City of LA. (Anywhere where LAPD is the law enforcement agency, which includes almost the whole San Fernando Valley minus Glendale and Burbank. Beverly Hills and Culver City are other cities that arean't party of LA City)
So LA District Attorney does prosecute misdemeanors, but only when the charge is from a party of LA that isn't considered LA City. That being said, I'm 99.9% sure, that area of Downtown LA and USC is LAPD territory.
And LAPD didn't reccomend charges as I usually see. The LA District Attorney charged them personally.
There is likely a RAT, who is willing to testify that something happened, somewhere.
And if anyone watches mafia movies....

You guys not read my post above. It shows when they were arrested and when they were released on bail.
Reza did 5 days and Pasquale did a 1/2 day (about 15 hours)
I'm rooting for them! Hopefully they either both get exonerated or take a plea involving time served + probation....
....no matter what they did, they don't deserve more jail time imo. |
