I totally agree dude, as much as I loved Sasha's set, in my books this blew it out of the water. The guy has so much skill, his programming was incredible.

im absolutely speechless, nick warrens set ed my mind in unprecedented ways. Im not a big follower, and havent really been listening to his recent stuff so i had no idea what i was getting myself into. got there 30min after he started and he was already banging it like an animal. it was such powerful and energetic prog, like nothing ive heard before. I dont think i ever danced that hard. Literally didnt know what to do with myself. He abused that sound system to the fullest, the equalizers on the speakers were in the reds all night. Every drop made you almost fall off your feet, perhaps a bit too loud but goddammmmmmm. Hes a true legend, and i dont understand why it took 5 years to get him back in mtl. this guy should be coming around at least once a year. I still cant believe what i heard, just WOW. to all of you that missed him, i feel sincerely sorry.

the youngins do not know who he is, and the people who do know who he is are too old to care to go out anymore & have different priorities. ie: me. lol. :p
thus, he is a risky booking in this day and age.
happy to hear he killed it, i expected nothing less.
hopefully, some youngins got schooled in terms of what the true, oldschool meaning of PROG really is.

so so so gutted that I was dead by 7 and just had to leave :(
This tracks was huge. A lot of familiar stuff last night. It was proper. For the life of me though I thought he still used CDJs. Thanks to Hisham and the crew for making the night happen.

that was killer Nick absolutely tore the place up !!!!

yeah....That was what I was expecting to hear. What a legend. Happy to hear Warren tore it apart. Christ...I can't believe I had to miss this one. Hope Stereo rebooks his return soon! Heard from my brother, he was in his full element eye glasses, laptop, smoke in hand....Ozzy Osbourne of Prog

Alexx G hit it spot on, his set had so much energy, easily comparable to butt pound house/tribal nights, yet it was through and through prog, still can't figure it out. Never heard another prog set like it.
Yes Marcus, I am alive, but the only reason I'm being such a chatty Cathy is because I still can't get over how epic that set was lol

Time moves on and changes every thing. You guys wondered also why Farina dont fill ? Seems to me it is obvious that most are focused on there i-phones more then the music and people. As long that they keep bringing these guys at least we get a change from the tech/house. Warren for all the times ive seen im delivers specialy afterhours. (Digweed, Warren, Cox) they all smile and know there music.

I have to agree with all the posts so far. The best set I've ever been to. Unfortunately I only lasted until 7:45am. I was trying to hold on until he dropped Pachanga Boys - Time (original mix) from the moment he played a loop of it early on in the night. Crowd was sweet and everyone was loving it. I was able to ID the following tracks:
Soy Mustafa - Return Of The Anunnaki (John Tejada Remix)
Radiohead - Separator (Simon Vuarambon Remix)
Android Cartel - Wake Up Call (Original Mix)
Guy Gerber - Timing (Kollektiv Turmstrasse Remix)
Fiord & Kasey Taylor - Threefold (Fiord Edit)
There were so many insane ones that I hope someone can ID: one had a kind of jazzy, trumpety breakdown (around 7am) and then there was one where the white siren lights above the dj booth went on for the first time.
It was my first time at Stereo and I couldn't have imagined it to be any better. Amazing soundsystem and awesome atmosphere/vibe.
