It's the best kind of tax. Taxes in Hong Kong are a fixed 17% for individuals and companies because the governments makes 11% of their total tax revenue from the horse races!

I think it's absoutely abhorrent that ONE person should win that much. NOBODY needs that much. It's even more abhorrent if it say gangsters and that ilk get their hands on it.
I say limit it to $2.5m per person. That's more than enough to get yourself sorted / flash car / nice holiday / pad etc for quite a few people. |
