Photoshop help

| I need to create a banner for a blog I'm going to have on a local online newspaper, but I have zero Photoshop skills, LOL. I already have an idea in my head, but cannot materialize it due to the aforementioned lack of skills. Anyone willing to help me out? :D |

You were able to create a 'post' with effort, thus with equal or greater effort you should be able to read the user manual. :)
THINK LAYERS! i believe what you need to do is THINK! of a quadrilateral with four right angles, were each pair of adjacent sides is perpendicular. |
